What is FFA?

FFA is one of three integral components of an agricultural education program: classroom instruction, supervised agricultural experience and life skills.  Students between the ages of 12 and 21 who are enrolled in an agricultural education course are eligible for membership. Your local school system must offer agricultural instruction and have an active FFA chapter for you to join.
The FFA Organization is the leadership development program for students of agricultural science and technology programs.  FFA programs are intended to be applied activities related to the classroom and laboratory instructional programs.  Thus, membership guidelines should reflect this philosophy and support enrollment in agricultural science courses.

To Join the Vandegrift FFA Chapter, please pay your FFA dues by October 15th on the VHS webstore:  https://vhs.edpay.net/p-626-ffa-dues.aspx
